The development of high quality innovative practice has been a key
feature of my work. This has provided me with opportunities to work
at both regional and national level in government and local authority
roles; and with professional associations providing training and written
guidance for national audiences on home-school relationships, SEN
and behaviour managementa range of schools, both mainstream
and special, teaching all.
