Track Record
I have a wide range of experience gained over 30 years in working
in age ranges from 3 – 19 years, working in urban and rural settings.
My Local Authority experience includes leadership and management
of countywide services such as English as an Additional Language (EAL)
and establishing from inception Parent Partnership, PRU and Behaviour
Support services.
The development of high quality innovative practice has been a key
feature of my work. This has provided me with opportunities to work
at both regional and national level in government and local authority
roles; and with professional associations providing training and written
guidance for national audiences on home-school relationships, SEN
and behaviour managementa range of schools, both mainstream
and special, teaching all.
